Ruth Langsford star ladies top very disappointing that it bobbled from the first wear!
I bought a Ruth Langsford star ladies top and it started to bobble very badly from the first time I wore it. I sent it back but I was very disappointed that having paid £3..95 for the delivery when it could have been sent at a large letter cost I then had to pay the postage for the return. It will make me think more than twice before buying from QVC again. And I am yet to receive my money back although to be fair it has only been a week since I sent it back.

SELLS TAT - BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY
I had left a really good review for QVC last week but due to events that have occurred from Friday I feel compelled to share my experience. Having taken advantage of their easy pay option they have taken 28 payments from my card. I received an email from their finance team last week stating that that option has been removed. Having called QVC to find out what this email was about I was told this was because there were outstanding easypay payments. I had already called QVC when I lost my card instructing them to remove that card held on my account and to solely use the other. I also updated my contact number as I had lost my bag - hence lost card and phone. I asked for a call back from the finance team. They did not bother to call me back on Friday. But instead today when I was at work so could not take the call. The team member emailed me instead. QVC will not accept that they have made an error. I had had no communication from this company to tell me that there were outstanding payments. What angers me the most is that they were taking payments from the card that was held on account. They felt the need to undertake credit checks on me yet they had my address, contact details and were taking payments from my card. Explain this to me please QVC. IF YOU EVER NEED TO CHANGE YOUR CARD DETAILS OR A CONTACT NUMBER PLEASE PUT IT IN WRITING TO THEM OR YOU WILL BE IN THE SAME POSITION AS ME.

12yrs+ with QVC but ....
I've been with QVC for 12yrs+ and have enjoyed the quality products at great prices especially with supersizes or sets. However, postage seems to be more expensive for clothes and shoes, thats the reason I rated less star. If i may, I'd like to suggest for this category it would be nice to have one consistent postage for all items in the same way as they have for returning any items by Avri courier. Or special days for discounted postage as low as £1 as seen in other major online shopping competitors.

Also, I noticed some inconsistent customer services, for example, when I want to return an item within 2 weeks after i received it, I sometimes get refund of postage but sometimes i dont whatever the same reason i gave each time. I was even questioned further for reason of return which i find annoying. I thought there was no quibbles! Thats the reason for another less star.

Furthermore, I also noticed items for sale or clearance are poorly re-packaged, untidy or slight stains - they're like 2nd hand items. Its not something I expected from a highly reputable & quality company whereby we rely on their quality control checking, thats the reason for yet another less star.

I hope to see some improvements over time, meanwhile I will continue to shop at QVC as overall they are a quality company with quality products at great prices.

Expensive "tat"
Started shopping with QVC in 2005. Lovely, wonderful jewellery, good plants, solar lighting - marvellous. The own brand and branded clothing, shoes and handbags - brill. Not forgetting electrical goods and lighting over the years ?. NOW - absolute tosh, at extortinate cost. Have stopped
shopping with them altogether - load of expensive "tat". Which you can get elsewhere at a better more comprehensive price.. Just miss the lovely jewellry they USED to sell. Goodbye QVC ?

Terrible service
I ordered a shark steam mop on QVC I had to wait until new stock arrived which was may 15 I didn't turn up until 4/6/22 no email from QVC terrible service

Good channel BUT
I've given 5 stars because I've always had polite , helpful people on the other end of the phone but I do feel QVC is let down by the people who sell there products on there channel for instance I purchased plants from deJager they've all died contacted his company by email also fill in a form on there website few days later they said they'd be intouch with me I'm still waiting I feel QVC should have something that if they didn't follow though when there's a customer problem they don't sell on there channel anymore I feel very strongly about this .

QVC - best shopping experience and value for money
I have been purchasing from QVC for 18 months and regularly! The pricing and offers for quality products across multiple departments and famous brands is phenomenal. I could take out shares in this company! The TV channel is informative and the presenters bring the products to life which is the best shopping experience ever and even compared to shops in the high street with excellent reputations. The fact that there is an easy app for purchases makes the buying experience easy. Customer care contact via email or phone is friendly and responsive. Post and packaging can sometimes sting especially if returning goods. However, the 60 day money back guarantee is unique (regardless of wear if clothes, beauty products or shoes) and is a game changer for a shopping channel or merchandiser. Outstanding! Easy pay plans interest free on some products with todays special values are fantastic. You need to keep an eye on the deals for best value. One gripe though - please QVC - there is no account to keep track of easy monthly payments which can be frustrating especially when budgeting in these difficult times. So word of warning to purchasers using QVC - you need to keep your own records to watch your monthly spending! Hence four stars which I really want to make five stars for the shear enjoyment of using QVC ad the available products. The advert 'made in the navy' should change for me to 'designed around QVC'.

Purchasing from QVC was a great mistake, I was overcharged £5, it refuses to respond to my emails & since registration, I have been receiving unsolicited calls on daily bases☹

Waste of money

I purchased 2 non wired bra's, They claimed that they were great support and comfortable.
The ones I received were totally useless, shapeless without any support.
I have sent emails but they were returned as undelivered. I would like my money back.

I received 6x2ltr pots of Lavender
I received 6x2ltr pots of Lavender that I had been waiting for quite awhile, when I opened the box I just couldn’t believe what I was looking at, they were packed on their sides and the stems of the plants were squashed against the side of the box, and if there was any lavender left in the pots it was squashed flat… a total disgrace and obviously looked nothing like what they were showing on their program. If I could give a minus for this review I would, I have never been so disappointed…. And the lavender went straight in the dustbin.

I’m shocked at the bad reviews + I do sympathise. However I’ve been a customer since QVC launched + never had an issue when returning a faulty or unwanted item. Always got a refund on time. Even when I return multiple items in one parcel (despite the small print) they process all refunds. Excellent try and buy policy.

My only gripe with QVC and it’s a serious one, is with their ‘easypay’ facility. There is no where on a customers on line account where we can see what payments are still owing and when they will be deducted. While I’m not shifting blame, I believe QVC as a responsible organisation should show this vital information so that customers know exactly what to expect. This will assist with budgeting and stop people falling into debt. It’s not enough to provide this info when customers call in to ask for it - It should already be available on line.

QVC Reveiws and unbeliavable postage and returns cost
Once again, I have cause to write a review about QVC. This time it is because I have no problem logging in to QVC to purchase, but when I try write a review, I receive the Opps message please return to home page. I wanted to leave a review about a top I bought in three different colours all in the same size, but everyone was a different fit so a couple needed returning. I don’t drive and have mobility issues, so I need to have the item collected, by their chosen courier, this cost £3.95 a top so just on £8 to return two tops...QVC do not allow more than one item in a parcel. This is inaddtion to £3.95 per top delivery charge intotal £16 to purchase and return tops that were poorly sized, They state that they print all reviews on their site. Nevertheless, I have had several reviews rejected that clearly meet their guidelines, but not complementary enough about QVC for them to publish QVC state that all reviews monitored by an independent company. I doubt this as the independent company is paid by QVC, so the review company will not want to lose the contract and there is. No point emailing as they dont respond or calling their call centre as staff can only deal with what is on their script. NO POINT LEAVING A REFERENCE BELOW as QVC DONT RESPOND,

Disgusting customer service do not…
Disgusting customer service do not order from them. I ordered on 23rd June and not after 2.5 weeks still no package. They have advised I will now be refunded but still no email confirmation to confirm this has been done.

I have just received my earth spirit cheyenne sandals in scarlet red im really impressed they are very comfortable and fully adjustable im a size 3 and they fit perfectly highly recommend
